Those crazy "honk honk" notes in the right hand will delight students who want a surprising sound in their pieces. Composed for young learners with small hands, fingers 2 and 3 of the right hand are themselves close together as well as being close to the opposite hand. The right hand thumb does not play, though, leaving plenty of room for playing comfortably.
