Old Blue

This song will make you want to turn around from the piano and just hug your dog. The song is as old as it is easy. Why is the dog's name Blue? I have no idea! "Old Blue" was arranged to be the student's first experience with the C chord. I always make a big deal about him or her playing so many notes at once. "...and there's even a FOURTH note (cresc.) in the other hand! WOW! You've never played this many notes all at once before!" (Tone of voice helps a lot.)
